AFTER SALES SERVICE STANDARD
1. If the goods need to be exchanged due to unsuitable products, the goods shall be exchanged under the condition that the appearance of the products is intact, the spare parts are complete and the packaging is intact. Otherwise, the goods shall not be returned or exchanged. Moreover, the expenses incurred by the exchange shall be borne by the returning party.
2. If the products do not meet the return and exchange standards, the company has the responsibility to maintain, renovate and repair the products and return them to the customers.
3. The company's products are guaranteed free of charge within three months from the date of purchase according to the operation standard, and the damage caused by human factors is not within the scope of warranty.
4. From the date of purchase, there is no maintenance fee for life-long use according to the operation standard. If parts need to be replaced, only the cost of parts will be charged.
5. Since the purchase of our products, our company will, according to the actual situation, from time to time, send technicians to the door for technical guidance and maintenance (only for provincial distributors).
6. The consumables of the pneumatic wrench (such as blades, bearings, seals, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
7. If there is any man-made damage (case damage, switch damage, etc.) or overload use is not covered by the warranty.
8. If the product is disassembled and repaired by itself, resulting in product damage and missing spare parts, it shall not be covered by the warranty.
